JOKE OF THE DAY
« Reply #922 on: November 28, 2016, 01:53:48 PM »
A gas station owner had to go to a previous engagement so he left instructions to his parrot whom he left in charge.  "Now when the tanker comes I want you to buy 2 tons of gasoline.  That is just enough to tide us over until the following week."  The owner promptly left but as he walked out, he reiterated to the parrot, "don't forget, only 2 tons of gas."

When the truck came, the parrot couldn't remember how much to buy so he played it safe and bought 5 tons of gas!  When the owner came back and found out what the parrot did, he couldn't believe it.  He screamed at him, "now I don't have money to pay my bills you crazy parrot."  The owner thought he might teach him a lesson and nailed his feathers on the wall kind of crucifying him without really hurting him.

Since the parrot was very apologetic and promised never to do it again, the owner took him down and put him in his cage.  As he was going inside his cage, he noticed a crucifix with Jesus on it on the wall nearby.  He asked, "how long has he been there?"  the owner thought for a moment and said, "oh about 2,000 years."

"Oh my," the parrot said.  "I wonder how much gas he bought!"

JOKE OF THE DAY

President Trump invited the Pope for lunch on his mega yacht, the Pope accepted and during lunch, a puff of wind blew the Pontiff's hat off, right into the water.

It floated off about 50 feet, then the wind died down and it just floated in place.

The crew and the secret service were scrambling to launch a boat to go get it, when Trump waved them off, saying "Never mind, boys, I'll get it."

The Donald climbed over the side of the yacht, walked on the water to the hat, picked it up, walked back on the water, climbed onto the yacht, and handed the Pope his hat.

The crew was speechless. The security team and the Pope's entourage were speechless.  No one knew what to say, not even the Pope.

But that afternoon, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN all knew how to cover the story.

Their banner headlines read,  "TRUMP CAN'T SWIM!"

A Ranger & Marine walk into bathroom. Both walk to urinals.
Minutes later the Marine heads for the exit. The Ranger says IN THE ARMY, WE'RE TAUGHT TO WASH OUR HANDS AFTER WE USE THE BATHROOM.
The Marine looks back and says IN THE MARINES, WE'RE TAUGHT NOT TO PISS ON OUR HANDS.!
