I actually do use cold slow rise, and you have hours of slop time in the schedule. But this...was really overtime!  :embarrassed:

I remember this happening to my mother when I was a kid ---- lol --- she was baking fresh bread (it may have been tsoureki for Easter, cant remember for sure), but she had the dough in a warm spot, covered over with a damp kitchen towel, to slowly rise and we went out --- well, we got to doing something and forgot the dough, When we got back, it had spilled over and out of the bowl, and had spilled all over the cupboard -- what a mess, but what great memories! ...... Also a big fan of zephyris! I bought 2 lovely albert clarinets off him last year- Jeff, maybe you should go into the albert buy and sell biz and give up the pizzas?

haha theyre out there but trust me if i could make a living off of selling clarinets.. i would be!!! :)

one problem is i would have to let go of some nice ones all the time.. its a lot harder than it sounds :grin: niko mporlo has been selling klarina for the last 3 yrs and he hasnt sold one!!!!  :grin: :grin:
